YOTHU YINDI FOUNDATION AND SKY NEWS PARTNER FOR GARMA 2015
 

 

 

 
The Yothu Yindi Foundation and Sky News are please to announce a new partnership that will see the leading 24-hour multi-channel, multi-platform news service broadcast Garma 2015 on SKY NEWS LIVE and Australia's Public Affairs Channel, A-PAC.  
 
Bringing viewers closer than ever to the Indigenous policy debates and issues presented at Garma, SKY NEWS LIVE and A-PAC will feature LIVE and extended coverage of Key Forum discussion panels, moderated by SKY NEWS International Editor and Reporting LIVE anchor Stan Grant.
 
NT Bureau Chief and National Indigenous Affairs Correspondent Dan Bourchier will provide comprehensive news coverage from the Garma site in northeast Arnhem Land for SKY NEWS LIVE.
 
Yothu Yindi Foundation Chief Executive Officer Denise Bowden said the partnership with SKY NEWS would significantly expand Garma's reach.
 
"SKY NEW" has a reputation for setting the daily news agenda, so we are delighted that the Key Forum will be front and centre on SKY NEWS LIVE and Australia's only dedicated public affairs channel, A-PAC.

Garma 2015 will take place from 31 July - 3 August at Gulkula, a Yolngu ceremonial site in northeast Arnhem Land.
 
The theme for this year's event is Building Our Future, Strengthening Our Lives.
